Welcome to Auragen. By using our website (the “Site”) or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Who Can Use the Site
  • You must be 18+ (or have consent from a legal guardian).
  • Use the Site only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms.
  • Automated scraping, data mining, or reverse engineering is not allowed.
Intellectual Property
  • All content on the Site—text, images, logos, designs, and software—is owned by Auragen or our licensors and protected by law.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivatives without our written
    permission.
Your Content (UGC)
  • If you post or send reviews, photos, or comments, you grant Auragen a worldwide,royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing, support, and Site operations.
  • Please share only content you have the right to use. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
Product Info, Pricing & Availability
  • We work hard to keep product details accurate; errors may occur. We may correct any errors (including pricing) and cancel orders impacted by an error.
  • Products may be limited in quantity and can be changed or discontinued at any time.
Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or refuse any order (e.g., for suspected fraud, product unavailability, or pricing errors).
If we cancel after you’ve paid, we’ll refund you to the original form of payment.
Order Changes & Cancellations Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to make modifications—this includes changes to
your shipping address, items, payment method, or shipping option.

  • If you’d like to add another item, please place a new order.
  • If you forgot to apply a discount code, it cannot be added retroactively, but you can always use it on your next purchase.
  • If you no longer want an item, you’re welcome to return it once received. Please see our [Return Policy] for details on eligibility and return shipping.
Shipping, Risk of Loss & Taxes
  • Shipping, delivery estimates, and fees are shown at checkout.
  • Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the carrier.
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes and import duties (if any).
Promotions, Gift Cards & Store Credit
  • Promotions and discount codes are single-use, non-transferable, and may have
    expiration dates or exclusions.
  • Auragen Gift Cards are not reloadable, cannot be redeemed for cash (except where required by law), and lost/stolen cards won’t be replaced without proof of purchase.
  •  If you paid with both a gift card and a card/PayPal, refunds are split back to those original methods.
Returns & Refunds (Summary)
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn,
    unwashed, and have original tags attached.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

International Orders
  •  At this time, we cannot support international returns for purchases made in the U.S. Additional duties/taxes may apply depending on destination rules.
Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate laws or third-party rights;
  • Upload malicious code or try to access the Site or our systems without authorization;
  •  Interfere with Site security, performance, or other users’ experience.
Third-Party Services

We may link to third-party sites or use third-party tools (e.g., payment processors, analytics).
We’re not responsible for their content, policies, or actions.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all products/services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auragen disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auragen will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a product or your use of the Site will not exceed the amount you paid for that product or $100, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Auragen (and our officers, directors, employees, and agents) harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Site, your content, or your violation of these terms.

Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class-Action Waiver
  • Informal Resolution: Please contact us first at info@auragen.co—we’ll try to resolve your concern.
  • Arbitration: If we can’t resolve it, you agree that any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis under the AAA rules in Los Angeles County, California.
  • No Class Actions: You and Auragen waive any right to participate in a class or
    representative action.
  •  Opt-Out: You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing info@auragen.co with your name, email, and a statement that you opt out.
  • Some disputes (e.g., small claims, IP claims) may be brought in court.
DMCA Notice (Copyright)

If you believe content on our Site infringes your copyright, please email info@auragen.co with: (a) your signature; (b) the work claimed; (c) the infringing material and its location; (d) your contact info; (e) a good-faith statement; and (f) a statement under penalty of perjury that you’re authorized to act.

Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy (link). Please review it to
understand how we collect and use your information.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
