Shipping Policy

We know how important it is to get your gear on time. Below are the details of how Auragen orders are shipped and delivered.

Where We Ship

Auragen currently ships to addresses within the United States and Canada.

  • Please note: At this time, we cannot ship internationally outside of these regions
Processing Times
  • Orders are typically processed within 3–4 business days.
  • Express and Fastest shipping orders placed before 6:00 am PST ship the same
    business day. Orders placed after 6:00 am PST, on weekends, or on U.S. federal
    holidays will ship the next business day.
Delivery Timeframes

Ground Shipping

  • $6 flat rate or free for U.S. orders over $75 (calculated on subtotal after discounts, before tax).)
  •  Delivery in 5–10 business days (4–5 business days within California)
  • Ships via USPS or UPS

Express Shipping

  • $12 flat rate
  • Delivery in 2–3 business days from the shipment date
  • Ships via UPS

Fastest Shipping

  • $30 flat rate
  • Delivery in 1–2 business days from the shipment date
  • Ships via UPS
    Please note: Expedited options may not always be available, particularly around busy holiday periods
Special Addresses
  • Military addresses and P.O. Boxes are shipped via USPS Ground.
  • Express or Fastest shipping is not available for these addresses.
Tracking Your Order
  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for carrier tracking to update.
  • If you have trouble tracking your package, email us at info@auragen.co.
Missing Items

If something is missing from your shipment:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email—items that went out of stock before fulfillment will be noted there, and you won’t be charged.
  • If an item is missing in error, contact us at info@auragen.co and we’ll make it right.

  • Free ground shipping is available on U.S. orders over $75 (before tax and after
    discounts).
  • Additional promotions may be offered throughout the year—be sure to subscribe to our emails for updates.
  • Please note: Most carriers do not deliver on major U.S. holidays, which may delay delivery.
