At Auragen, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns
  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
  •  Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
  •  Items must be free from stains, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, or any signs of wear.
  •  Sale items are eligible for return within 30 days if purchased through the Sale Section of our website.
  •  At this time, we cannot accept international returns for purchases made in the U.S
How to Start a Return

1. Email info@auragen.co with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
3. Please ship your return to us within the 30-day window. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Returns 
  •  Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once your return is received and inspected.
  • If you paid with an Auragen Gift Card and another payment method, your refund will be split back to both.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Please allow up to 7–10 business days for processing after we receive your return.

Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear in your account.

Shipping Notes
  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location.
  • All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Los Angeles, CA.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  •  All other shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Please note: your return must reach us within the 30-day window to be eligible for a refund.
EU Customers

In compliance with EU regulations, customers in the European Union are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, during which they may return items for any reason. Please note that items must meet the conditions outlined above for acceptance.
